me energy Technologies develops and distributes the next generation of fast charging stations for electric vehicles. As an award-winning company from the greater Berlin area, we have developed a new technology for decentralized fast charging that enables the charging of electric vehicles with short charging times in a climate-neutral way at any location. We are looking for committed team members who want to actively promote the future of electromobility as soon as possible.
With our innovative solution, we ensure the fast and uncomplicated charging of electric vehicles. To further drive our growth, we are looking for a Sales Manager as soon as possible.

After Sales Manager (m/f/d)

We offer you the opportunity to have a great deal of creative freedom:
- Helping to shape the company in the important phase of scaling
- Development and expansion of the after sales and technical operations division
- Designing all important processes and setting up the corresponding structures
- Accompanying customers during commissioning and service assignments
- Coordinating the services relating to the operation of the charging stations, in particular billing and filling with liquid energy sources
- Establishing partnerships with service providers in the areas of logistics, service and energy carrier procurement
- First point of contact for key accounts with regard to after-sales service
- Creating and implementing customer retention strategies
- Close cooperation and coordination with upstream and downstream departments and management
You will fit in with us if you
- Have initial work experience in aftersales or customer service
- Are enthusiastic about technology or have completed technical training/studies
- Work independently and solve problems pragmatically
- Speak German and English very well
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in a dynamic environment, preferably in a start-up or scale-up
- Tolerance, empathy and the ability to guide employees and work with colleagues
- Enjoy communicating with customers and partners
- Are confident in using CRM and ERP systems and are proficient in MS Office
